Discipline is and has been one of the strongest skills I have developed all through my life. I know it has helped me face tough times.
We all know and, it is widely accepted, that discipline is a learned skill. Discipline requires a process of training the mind to focus on prioritizing.
I also believe that the only type of discipline is self-discipline. Discipline is defined as the ability to behave and work in a controlled way that involves obeying rules or standards.
Self-discipline is the ability to control one’s behavior and overcome one’s weakness to pursue something right for me. For me, self-discipline is an asset we must invest in developing, strengthening, and seeding.
We all need to seed our discipline. It is not innate. We need to cultivate it…like a plant. It needs to be nurtured and cared for to grow and thrive.
Keep your mind clear

.
When we talk about reinforcing our self-discipline, this means something different for each of us. Each one must work on identifying their weak points. And focus The main characteristic of self-discipline is the ability to forget instant gratification. This involves forgoing immediate pleasure in favor of a greater gain or more satisfying results.
While we work on this skill we strengthen the prefrontal cortex of our brain. Remember that this area is responsible for decision-making.
Seed your discipline

Treat discipline as you would treat a seed. Discipline strengthens your understanding of resilience. It fosters the ability to adapt to stressors in the face of adversity. If you combine these two skills and nurture them, you create a powerful combination of benefits.
Resilience helps you bounce back from adversity while discipline provides the focus needed to stay on track toward the goal even when facing frustration and challenges
- Managing & Controlling stress reduces anxiety under pressure
- Achieving goals Increases productivity while staying focused. Help you go when motivation is lacking
- Overcoming difficulties Discipline ensures consistent effort toward goals while resilience helps bounce back from setbacks
Discipline and resilience are closely linked. When you practice discipline, you develop the habits and skills to bounce back from failure. You also improve your ability to navigate adversity
Developing self-discipline is like building a muscle. The more you practice it the stronger it becomes Go for it and enjoy the results
